Refunds

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/mZfr

If your items meet our return eligibility criteria, we’ll process a refund for the product(s) once the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Please note:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new condition, with original and intact packaging.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse team, the items will be checked and verified. This process may take up to 25 business days. After verification, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
