Returns

Customers are allowed to initiate only one return request per order. If you need to return additional items from the same order after your initial request has been submitted, please contact our Customer Service team directly. They’ll be happy to assist you further.

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once an order is marked as "under fulfillment," cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already been fulfilled, you will need to receive the order and then initiate a return.

For cancellation requests or assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will guide you through the process and clarify any questions.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on this link: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/mZfr
  2. Enter your Order ID Number and Email Address.
  3. This will give you access to initiate your return.

Important Note:
You can only make one return per order, regardless of the number of items. So please ensure you include all items you wish to return in a single request.

Return shipping label will be created & shared once the return request is registered on the website. Shipping label is a must, DHL requests to print but not a must.

We accept returns for a refund on orders placed within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original, intact packaging, including apparel and accessories.

Please note:

  • We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from https://www.on-mena.com.
  • To submit a return request, please enter your Order Number and the Email Address used to place the order https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/mZfr
  • Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
